Why are email addresses so important for members of a Caravan?

Because a Caravan is not a normal showing, it will not show up on reports or calendars. When feedback is sent it will be returned to the email address of the listing agent.

If that listing agent does not have an email on file, the feedback email will be sent to you and you will need to forward that email to the correct listing agent.
