To search and manage your feedback, first, click the Feedback tab on the main menu, and then click Feedback from the menu.

Now you will be able to search for feedback on a specific listing or all feedback within a specific time range. In the results, you will find the buyer's agent information, appointment date/time, and the feedback history.
