Can feedback be sent directly to sellers when the buyer's agent submits it?

Yes - new feedback can be emailed to your agent and the seller at the same time when it is submitted.


To enable this setting first click on the Feedback tab, then select 'Form Design' in the dropdown. Under General Settings make sure When new feedback is received is set to 'Publish Automatically. 

The new setting will take effect on new appointments scheduled after the change was made.
