Why is my task not showing?

The task number that displays in your top menu bar is generated from calls that need your attention now. In cases where you are unable to complete a call while scheduling a showing, a task will be populated under the 'Call Later' tasks. After 30 minutes by default, the task will then be moved to 'Call Now' to alert you, it is urgent attention.
