What is the ShowingTime Dashboard?




The dashboard consolidates the day-to-day activities for a quick overview of tasks needing your attention.
  1. Showings I Have Requested - This section displays showings for today, tomorrow and beyond that, you have requested, that are confirmed and/or not yet confirmed.
  2. Showings Requested on My Listings - This section displays scheduled showings for today, tomorrow, and beyond on your listings, that are confirmed and/or not yet confirmed.
  3. My Feedback Requests - This section displays a brief overview of Appointments that are requesting your feedback, responses that you should review, responses that are available to the owner and outstanding requests to the buyer's agent.
  4. My Listing Notices - This section shows information about your listings. Notably, those that are missing instructions, have price changes, status changes, or those nearing expiration.
  5. Showings Requested on Our Listings - This section (available to office staff and management) displays showings for today, tomorrow and beyond that have been requested on the office's listings. Their status is also shown.
  6. Our Feedback Requests - This section (available to office staff and management) displays those Feedback responses available for review and those unanswered by buyer's agents for the office's listings.
  7. Our Listing Notices - This section (available to office staff and management) displays information about the office's listings. Notably, those that are missing instructions, have price changes, status changes, or those nearing expiration.
