Can buyer's agents calling in be added manually to Front Desk?
You are able to add buyer's agents during the appointment process, but you cannot manually add an agent in your office.

Agents in your office must be verified as active members of the MLS, and as such can only be downloaded directly from the MLS. Once they are active members of the MLS, they will automatically be added to your roster.
