What is the Difference Between the Office Manager and Office Staff Role?

Office staff and managers can both set showings, view/edit/change listings, view/print/email reports and perform all of the functions necessary to the day-to-day operation of the office. 

However, only an office manager can access the control panel and make changes to the way the office handles appointments and the security for the agents.
