- Is there a listing agreement between the seller and the office?
- Is the listing already sold or just a few steps away from being sold?
You can then add custom statuses by providing a name that your office will understand and choosing the correct combination of settings.
- Is Showable - Is the listing available for an appointment?
- Has Listing Contract - is everything setup between the seller and the listing office to allow for a sale?
- Has Sales Contract - Is the listing sold or pending?
Please Note: Incorrect configuration of the status can block appointments or hide listings. You can work with ShowingTime Support to configure custom statuses.
