How can I troubleshoot browser issues?

Add-ons, extensions, and your antivirus settings can cause programs to load incorrectly. Since ShowingTime's products use your computers web browser, a good first place to start when troubleshooting is to look at the browsers. Your browser may have different settings and configurations. It is a best practice to have the latest version of the browser installed.
