If you are a member of two (or more) MLS's you might have two accounts with ShowingTime. However. for ease of use, you can link them together so that you can see all feedback, appointments, and settings with a single login. Once you link your accounts, they appear in the linked profile section. You can remove them or set one as your primary account.
