Why do some statuses prevent me from scheduling a showing?

Each market can have its own status which may allow or prevent showings from occurring. In cases where the office or agent subscribes to our Appointment Center or Front Desk products, they can also have a custom status configured.

In these cases, they will be able to set up a listing that is pending (for example) to accept additional types of showings. They may also choose to set other statuses that prevent showings. You can try to reach out to the listing agent for more information.
