Why Does ShowingTime Send Text/SMS Messages From Multiple Numbers?

In some markets, a user can reply to the text with a Y to confirm or an N to decline the appointment.

ShowingTime separates messages sent to agents & sellers into threads that are easily viewable/manageable so their replies don't get confused or associated with the wrong appointment.

In the event that one or more numbers are blocked or having issues because of a carrier outage, we can switch over to new numbers to minimize any effect. Push notifications are not affected by carrier issues.
