My Client is Having Trouble with the App. It Says It Can't Find A Listing Associated With Their Email?


In order for your client to see their listing in Home by ShowingTime, you will need to make sure their email address is added on the listing worksheet and they are marked as an owner.




We do not share this email with anyone.
Your client will receive an invitation email to download the Home by ShowingTime app and/or log in.
