What Does it Mean to Verify The Access Details?
Access details are important because they let the requesting agent know how to access the property. As a listing agent, you can indicate the type of lockbox, add rules that limit when appointments can be scheduled, and enter alarm information(if available). Later when you confirm the appointment, you can verify that the information is correct.
In some cases, additional or special instructions may need to be entered at the last minute.
With some lockbox manufacturers, you may need to perform steps outside of ShowingTime. This may involve configurations on the provider's website, filling out a document and sending it to the provider, or updating other settings. We recommend following any steps with the lockbox provider and then entering the required details into ShowingTime.
