Can I Edit an Offer I've Submited?
As a Buyer's Agent, you can edit an offer you have sent to update the price, financing type, or any other field in the offer form. You can also upload additional documents. The Listing Agent will be notified to review the new offer and you receive a notification when they do.
Updating your offer does not guarantee acceptance.
From the menu select Offers and the Offers I've Submitted. You will see a list of all listings that you have sent an offer on. Select a Listing. Staff Members and Managers will be able to review all offers submitted for agents in their office.
On the right, you will see options to Update the Offer Terms to Add Documents to the Existing Offer. When you select to Update the Offer terms, you will see your original offer and can change any fields.
New/Unopened offers cannot be updated at this time, only resent. Once an offer has been viewed by the listing agent, the buyer's agent can update it.
Updated, unopened offers can be updated without the listing agent having viewed the previous update. The ability to update unopened offers is planned for a future update.

As a Listing Agent, you will see the previous and new values.
You cannot remove existing documents, but you can add new ones.
