Help, I'm missing a listing.

If you are missing a listing in your inventory, there are few things you can do.

Make sure the listing is published

Your board or association may have settings that ask you to publish or share with third-parties. You should review the guidelines to double-check.

In some cases, only listings with certain statuses are accessible by ShowingTime. Typically listings that are marked Active are always available. You may have to opt-in listings to ShowingTime.

Search by the listing number

In ShowingTime, you can search by the listing number in both the active and archived inventory to locate the listing. A listing can be renamed or have its details updated in ShowingTime without affecting the board/association.

Manually enter the listing

While we get information from associations and boards regularly, it might be beneficial to manually add the listing. As long as you use the same Listing ID that is in your multiple listing service, it will automatically update the information in ShowingTime when available.
