Messaging: Overview


By using ShowingTime messaging any agent or listing contact can communicate about specific appointments or even in general about a listing.

Messaging is permitted between all parties to simplify the back and forth communication often presented with phone calls, text messaging and emailing. By keeping all communication in a centralized place you don't ever have to search for other agents or your listing contacts information just to inform them of something new with a particular showing or listing.

On mobile, you will notice the new messaging icon on the top right of your screen.

On desktop, you will see the message icon at the right of the main menu.

Clicking these icons will take you to your message center.

Note: ShowingTime restricts communication between your listing contacts and the showing agent.
