Attachments
Overview
Agents oftentimes need specific disclosures signed before potential buyers can see a listing. Sometimes Agents want to show off the floor plan of a property or attach additional photos. This is often a tedious process, you have to find the buyer's agent's email address, then you have to find the documents or photos that you want to provide the agent, and then you have to send the email. ShowingTime has automated this process by allowing agents to attach those documents or photos to a listing. Every time an agent schedules on your listing they will automatically be emailed those documents.
Getting Started
Step 1
Hover over the Listings tab, then click View/Edit Listings
Step 2
Select the listing you would like to attach a disclosure, document or photo to
Step 3
Select the Attachments button, then click Add/Remove
Step 4
Click Choose File to navigate through your desktop to find an exact file you would like to attach
The file will be uploaded once selected
Step 5
When finished click Done
Manually Sending a File
- Select Send In Email
- Enter the agent email address that you are trying to send the attachments to
- Edit the Subject and Message fields if needed
- All attachments with a checkmark next to them will be sent out in this email
- Click on Send
