Troubleshooting SentriLock lockboxes
In order to generate one-day codes for an office, two levels of indemnification need to be completed.
First
The office's local board must work with SentriLock to allow ShowingTime to generate one-day codes for their members. If ShowingTime has not been approved by the local board, ShowingTime will not appear on the drop-down list of the indemnification form.
Your office should log in to their Sentrilock account using broker level access. The login will say broker and the office ID you are researching should be in the brackets.

Once logged in click the Indemnification button on the left then click Add Broker Auth in the upper left corner. On the next page, you will see a drop-down where you can select a vendor. If ShowingTime is not listed in that drop down, that means the local board for that office ID has not yet approved ShowingTime to generate one-day codes for their members.

If the local board has not approved ShowingTime to generate one-day codes, Your office will have to contact their local board and request that they contact SentriLock directly and set this up.
Second
The individual office needs to complete the broker level indemnification. This will need to be done per office ID. If your office has two office ID's you will need to configure two separate SentriLock accounts and complete the indemnification for each office ID. You will need to log in using a broker level account and the office ID your troubleshooting needs to be in the brackets. Click on Indemnification on the left then click Add Broker Auth in the upper left corner. Select ShowingTime as the Vendor.

You will need to fill out the fields at the bottom of the form and select Save. Once the form is saved it should be possible to generate one-day codes right away.
Still Not Able to Generate a code?
If you are still not able to generate a one-day code, it is likely that the lockbox might be attached to a different office ID then the one you have completed the indemnification for.
You can check for this in your SentriLock account.
- Log in to SentriLock
- Select Lockboxes at the top
- Search for the lockbox by serial number
Once you find it you should see a company column on the left side. Make sure the company name and Office ID in the brackets match the ID on the indemnification form.

If the Office ID's do not match, your listing office will either need to fill out an indemnification for this additional office ID or contact SentriLock to have the lockbox moved under the Office ID that has the indemnification completed. This may occur in instances where SentriLock lockboxes are re-used or sold to different offices.
